My Process

MY PROCESS WITH YOU THE CLIENT, STEP by STEP and getting started.

1.
Contact me by phone 302 455-1980 or email jc@giexpertwitness.com. Evening calls ok. Phone discussion up to 20 min without charge to present case and discuss.

A brief written summary sent to me by you the client can be very helpful in my seeing the basic facts of the case and the issues.
2.
If you the client wish to proceed then a 1pg engagement letter would be presented for your approval and signature and a mutually agreed upon retainer to review records and formulate preliminary opinion verbally.
3.
I review the records, which should be uniquely page numbered, I make notes and then contact you for a teleconference. Specific questions addressed to me will help better focus the review on your specific concerns.
4.
Written report on request (charge based on time taken).
5.
Deposition and court testimony if needed.

My rates: $500/hr for most work including review of records, phone calls and written reports. Testimony is at similar rate but with a minimum number of hours.
